About us

The story of Teakshow
Teakshow was  formed in 2006, by actress Jackie Stirling, writer Stephen Dinsdale and actor Johnny Hansler, in order to produce quick fire, often twisted and risqué sketches.

Writers now include Stephen Dinsdale, Jules Bower, Peter Vincent , Bill Gordon and Chris Perera - combining a wealth of experience from theatre, film, TV and radio.

Director Maggie Inchley (Comedians Theatre Co.) and technical wizard Stuart Aird have added to the mix, to produce "a unique, occasionally bizarre and very funny experience". Past Credits include:

Jackie Stirling

Jackie has most recently appeared in Holby City (BBC). She has also performed in ‘BBC Last Laugh’ at The Ealing Studios.

Johnny Hansler

 

Playing the role of Peter Cook, Jonathan co-wrote and starred in the hit play ‘Goodbye – the (After) Life of Cook and Moore’. Originally stage at the Gilded Balloon in Edinburgh, it  recently played to full houses and rave reviews at Leicester Sq Theatre.
